In Greek/Roman Mythology, nine goddesses (the daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne) presided over the arts and sciences. Girls in this program will create a poetry notebook, build a lyre, and see things through the eyes of: Kalliope (Calliope), Kleio (Clio) Euterpe, Thalia, Melpomene, Terpsichore, Erato, Polyhymnia (Polymnia), and Ourania (Urania).
